Q:    How do I check my child in on Sunday?
A:    C.H.I.P. Check-in

*C.H.I.P. is a key part of our Sunday morning check-in process for babies through fourth grade children. It helps us have the information we need to help us give the best possible care to your child and it greatly increases the level of safety and security we provide to each child.

*If you are a guest with a child (or children) you would like to check-in to a class, please stop by the Kids’ Express train near Toddler Town in C-Hallway or the guest table in the Chapel Foyer. You will be asked to fill out a “Children’s Visitor Quick Form” and given a claim card. You will need to show the claim card and your ID when you come to pick up your child.

*If you are a C.H.I.P. Family, you can scan your C.H.I.P. Card at any of the C.H.I.P. Kiosks by Toddler Town or in the Chapel Foyer. Name badges will print out for each of the children you are checking in. You will be asked to show your C.H.I.P. Card when you pick up your child.

*If you would like to apply for a C.H.I.P. Card, you may stop by the Kids’ Express where you will complete a “CHCC Children’s Registration Form” and we will snap a quick family photograph. Your C.H.I.P. Card should be ready for you to pick up at the Kids’ Express within two weeks.

*For families with several children in the baby through fourth grade age group, please check-in children from oldest to youngest. We recommend entering the Chapel Foyer from one of the west parking lots if you have children in Kids’ Country or LaunchPad.

*When it is time to pick up your children, go in reverse order, picking up your youngest first. Promptness in picking up your children is important to your child and is a great way to show thoughtfulness and appreciation to our wonderful volunteers who have given their time to your children.
