Part of our Christian journey is to put our faith and love into action by serving those around us, helping with the needs our church, and even reaching across the globe to share the love of Christ with those who do not know Him yet. For just as the body without the spirit is dead, so also faith without works is dead (James 2:26). College Heights continues to find ways to reach out to those in need.
The difficulty is that even though we can see the needs and find good ways of meeting those needs, the task cannot be completed without willing people to step up and do the necessary work. Please take the time to look at our Community Outreach programs for ways you can serve others here in Joplin. Or see how you can be effective around the world through our Global Outreach. Or find out where and how you might be needed in the work of the church through our Volunteer Opportunities.
