We exist to give people with disabilities and their families the opportunity to find their place in God's family.
In March of 2009, a group of seven, representing many others that are interested in this ministry to people with disabilities and their families, met and chose the name Thru the Roof from the story in Mark 2, where the paralytic's friends lowered him through the roof to Jesus. The actions of both the man and his friends demonstrated incredible faith. We want to follow their example by doing whatever it takes -- be it difficult, unusual, or even a little scary as we help each other move closer to Christ.
Sunday mornings: Currently there are three Bible School classes meeting at 9:15 am
for young children, elementary age children and highschool/young adults.
Wednesday evening: Wednesday evenings focus on prayer followed by specific activities based on Mark 12:30 "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind and with all your strength".

1st Wednesday - Strength: Sports
2nd Wednesday - Mind: Arts
3rd Wednesday - Heart: Cooking
4th Wednesday - Soul: Worship
5th Wednesday - Inclusion: visit our same age peers for Wednesday activities
Parents' Night Out: About every two months, we plan a special evening. The children
have a fun-filled evening and parents have a few hours of time to
themselves.
Outside the Box: We look for ways to help and encourage families outside our program.
This is done by sending cards, visiting homes, hospital calls, or cooking
a meal.
Our Dream List: -Medical equipment outreach
-Lending library - reading material and educational toys and equipment
-Sibling support group
-Caregiver support group
-Sensory Safe Space
-Playground equipment accessible to all
-Mentoring program
-Further outreach to adults in our church family
