Storm - Donations

Thank you for your overwhelming generosity to those directly affected by the storm! It is our desire to distribute the financial and material resources provided both wisely and expediently, getting it into the hands of the storm survivors. Rather than material donations, we are encouraging donations of cash and gift cards as the survivors begin to rebuild and refurnish. Cash donations not only provide direct assistance to families but also help in turn to support the local economy that has been adversely affected as well. Below is an explanation of ways to donate.

In addition to the options below, you can donate to an individual family
through our Adopt-a-Family program.  Click Here.

FINANCIAL DONATIONS

We are accepting funds to assist the victims of the storm. Of the designated storm funds, 99% collected will go to the storm survivors while our intent is to use less than 1% for overhead such as renting a warehouse, etc.

MATERIAL DONATIONS

In the weeks since the tornado struck,
material donations have flooded in from all over the USA. For the first five weeks, we received an abundance of supplies via car, van, truck, trailer, & semi at the church and available warehouses.

Because of your tremendous generosity,
we currently have access to
well-stocked warehouses to provide
for the needs of our Distribution Center
for the months ahead.
Therefore, we are no longer able to accept further donations of material goods.

We want to encourage the continued donation of cash and gift cards. These will be a tremendous help as people rebuild and refurnish their homes. The giving of cash and gift cards also helps stimulate the local economy which was negatively impacted due to the tornado.
